Collegio dei Gesuiti was built in 1600 to be the focus of religious faith and doctrine and it was enriched in 1700 with a loggia which style is typical of that time. We know about its original project trough the unique plan document preserved in the National Library in Paris.
The church was restored in 2009 and, today, It is used as Civic Public Library and museum. In its garden, there is a Literary Cafe where many young people enjoy the presence of literature and music. This trasformation gave the Collegio the right utility in the city life.
