Alcamo is characterized by a quality wine production obtained by combining the local entrepreneurial skills with environmental characteristics that allow the production of wines with different sensory and qualitative profiles, able to compete on national and international markets. The local cuisine reflects the canons of the Mediterranean tradition and owes the great variety of its dishes to the richness and genuineness of the raw materials offered generously by the sea and the land.

The route, proposed by the Azienda Agricola Adamo, will develop through evocative agronomic walks among the rows of vineyards and olive groves of the estate and guided tour of the old Florio factory cellar, exemplary of industrial archeology.

Followed by a tasting of organic wines, Rossi, Bianchi and Rosato, accompanied by ancient traditional flavors.
